Our delivery process is based on what’s known as Agile Methodologies. We have tweaked this approach to add robustness to it.
We use the right mix of traditional practices in the Analysis Phase and Agile Methodology into the development phase, which helps us launch quality and bug free products faster.

We keep our development cycle to one week iterations, The Agile way is to quickly create a small working system, build on it, keep it always working, and deploy the application in every iteration. This allows you the opportunity for early, concrete and regular feedback. Your risk of a nonworking system at any point in the project is eliminated.
Continuous communication
This gives you flexible scheduling of functionality in response to changing business needs. Through short cycle iterations and continuous planning, together with you, we take advantage of new information and seize business opportunities, rather than freezing a plan to inadequate, incomplete specifications.
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
We continually deploy new features to our demo environment, so that you can see the new features in a realistic setting, and can immediately begin play-testing them to make sure they're what was intended, and that the actual behaviour is desirable.
Work breakdown and Task estimation:
It's the development team's job to work with the customer to break down the features into small, user visible units of work. These units are the key to keeping development focused on visible, tangible customer value. Once the feature breakdown is complete for the next set of features, the development team can estimate the effort involved in completing each unit. We use Base camp or Zoho for project management. It is used by both the developers and the customer to keep track of where things are in development, and to keep development focused on the highest priority features at all times.
On demand teams
One thing that's special about us is that we can vary the team size on demand. We can ramp the team size up or down, depending on development objectives and financial constraints.
